I am in a 1st Ed campaign that is wrapping up in a few months before leading into a 2nd Ed game.  There is a need to create some beefier NPC's and I was attempting to track down a copy of the Handbook from Crystal Keep that listed all of the fighting schools, including Crescent and Cathay.   I was able to find some  files that were missing those two, however, I was wondering if anyone maybe able to point me in the direction of the complete handbook.
