I do not think so. The maintenance message was placed to avoid people posting until the upgrade finished.
There is still much work to do, so the next round will happen in a few days, when time allows before Christmas.
Too many Spammers trying daily to infiltrate, so I need to invest in more bloodhounds and even orbital bombartment units.
