Here is my stab at character sheets. It builds on some great ideas that have come before it with some refinements of my own.

I wanted something minimal, removing decoration that would distract from what is written on the page, while still being pleasing to the eye.
I also used some iconography for the skill 3–5 bonuses. Hopefully that will be an easier reference for an international audience than walls of text.
Nice work. For a while i was tempted to create one myself, and I had thought also about using icons instead of text for the skills special effects, But I probably would have used a bomb icon for exploding dice :P
I doubt I will go to the trouble of doing one from scratch, u people are doing a lot really great ones...
Doc, I loved your work on FFG's Star Wars line, and I am happy to see this sheet.
I hate to be "that guy," but what are the chances we'll see a form-fillable sheet from you?

Form fillable is not outside the realm of possibility. :)
If you can make it happen, I'd love to see it. No rush or pressure, just a fan voicing a thought. ^_^;

Wow! That is pretty! Great job!
My only suggestion would be to ditch the 7th Sea logo and replace it with something that was more fitting to the rest of the sheet. As it stands, it looks small and out of place.
Very Nice

I'm going to start sounding like a broken record here: that looks awesome, is there any way I can persuade you to consider doing a Spelljammer ship sheet for 5th Ed D&D?
I'm willing to beg :)
I've added the form fillable version.

Thank you for this!

Amazing job. I am going to be using this sheet for my roll20 game tonight.
Thanks for all your hard work!
Nice work as always Doc.
