Hey guys so I'm starting a 2nd Edition campaign with my friends (where half of us are 1st edition vets). So we have it in our minds that Numa is the equivalency of the old Roman Republic for Theah that's gone now.
However in 2nd edition for the core rulebook I see numerous references to Numa being an in present and existing country.

Ok, so here's a potential project for some enterprising soul. It's clear from reading through the different nation entries that the history of Théah in 2nd edition has changed in subtle ways. The War of the Cross may have happened earlier. The Montaigne invasion of Castille has been repelled. There are probably a dozen more changes that I missed.
So now that we've gotten are first look at 2E Theah, I have some ideas about the history and tweaks to the present I want to share. One major change is that rather than "no Hierophant" in the present, which is a bit too similar to the lack of an Eisen Imperator plot for my own purposes, I went with moving the "Avignon Captivity"/"Western Schism" to the 17th Century...
